Characteristics and Applications of Graphite Products

Graphite products are various finished products made by processing synthetic graphite and natural graphite, including graphite rods, graphite blocks, graphite plates, graphite carbon tubes, graphite rings, graphite paper, battery electrodes, and other graphite components.

Industrial graphite products, such as graphite rotors for aluminum casting and graphite bearings, are manufactured based on the excellent properties of graphite materials. Graphite products have excellent oxidation resistance and reducing properties, making them suitable for various industrial applications requiring high-temperature performance and chemical stability.

Graphite products are environmentally friendly, free from radioactive pollution, and capable of withstanding extremely high temperatures.

Carbon materials undergo a high-temperature graphitization process at 2000–3300°C for several days or even weeks to transform into graphite with superior properties.
