1. Graphite Crucibles and Related Products

Traditional clay graphite crucibles are mainly manufactured using flake graphite with high carbon content. Generally, the flake size and graphite quality have a significant influence on crucible performance. With the development of modern crucible manufacturing technology, the selection of graphite types, flake sizes, and material grades has become more flexible.

In addition, silicon carbide graphite crucibles have gradually replaced traditional clay graphite crucibles with the introduction of constant-pressure technology in the steel industry. This technology also allows the application of smaller flake graphite materials, improving production efficiency and product performance.

2. Aluminum Carbon Bricks

Aluminum-carbon refractory materials are mainly used in applications such as continuous casting systems, protective covers for tundish pipes, submerged entry nozzles, and oil well blasting tubes.

3. Magnesia Carbon Bricks

Magnesia-carbon refractory materials were successfully developed in the mid-20th century and later introduced into steelmaking applications in Japan, especially for water-cooled electric arc furnaces.

Today, magnesia-carbon bricks are widely used in steelmaking worldwide and have become one of the most important traditional applications of graphite products. They are also widely used as refractory linings for oxygen top-blown converters and steelmaking furnaces.
